I expected the repair to be done thoroughly to allow me to travel as scheduled in a safe manner. Because the work was not done correctly I was greatly inconvenienced.

Last year, they washed my car when I serviced my Atlas. This year, I spent more for maintenance but they didn't wash my vehicle. Also, there was no service special offered by the dealership. As soon as I left the dealership the engine light came on my dashboard despite the fact that they confirmed there was no issue with my vehicle. Never will return here.

I have no complaints I came in on a Saturday of all days with no appointment and I was still in and out in a reasonable time given the circumstances 😅

Bought a new 2024 Taos and thought the drivers heated seat was not working so I took to dealership I bought it from, twice and was told it was functioning as designed and to contact volkswagon customer service. VW recommended a second opinion so I went to hoover VW. My service technition Keith throughly checked it out and found that it does indeed function as designed. It's just barely warm and I'm very disapointed that is the case. I was impressed that Keith took the time to check out my concern and gave me a demonstration of his findings with a detailed explaination. I will definately come back for my future service needs.

I received fast and courteous service and was updated on what was going on all through the process. I was let told where I stood with the fluids and tire tread and made aware of everything that would need taken care of in the near future. Excellent service!
